General Operating Bylaw
The General Operating Bylaw, approved by the Convention Assembly in 2010 (ammended in 2011), is a document which governs the activities of the Convention in Assembly, and its Council between assemblies. It also sets out a general mandate for, and the composition of, each Board that the Assembly appoints.

Regulations Concerning the Ministry
The Regulations, approved by the Convention Assembly, govern the activities of the Board of Ministerial Standards and Education. They include information about the ordination process, recognizing prior ordination, becoming a recognized Convention lay pastor, and professional standards and ethics for pastors. This information is meant as a resource for those who are accredited ministers or those who feel led by God to prepare for vocational ministry. The information here can also help those who are leaders in churches better understand how someone prepares to become, and maintains one’s standing as, a pastor in our Convention.
