Convention Directory
Historically our Convention produced an annual printed directory containing contact information for churches and individuals. In 2006 we replaced this printed directory with new online directories on this web site. This step was taken for several reasons:
- It is more up to date. The information in a printed directory is out of date that day after it is printed. People move. Email addresses and phone numbers change. By having an online directory the information we have is made available to our churches and people the day we receive it instead of the next time a directory is printed.
- It is more environmentally responsible. We save many trees by not printing several thousand copies of the directory each year.
- It is cheaper. Instead of spending money on a printed directory the funds can be directed to mission and ministry.
- It is better. Individuals with a password can download contacts and print off a paper copy themselves whenever they want.
If you are affiliated with our Convention as a pastor, church Treasurer, Clerk or Search committee chair, an Association officer, or a member of one of our boards or committees you should have a user name and password now to use the directory.
