Our Convention exists out of the realization that there are certain core aspects of our congregational ministries that we can do much more effectively in partnership together than we can individually on our own. Together we can have better resourced churches, healthier churches, more effective churches.

One of the primary ways in which we invest in resourcing one another as congregations is through our Regional Ministers. Our Convention has a total of seven Regional Ministers whose role it is to serve as a mission catalyst as well as a strategist/consultant to congregations within their Regions. Another central part of a Regional Minister’s life is to offer mentoring/pastoral support to these congregations’ pastors and their families.
