Planning for Springforth 2012 is well underway. This annual event, which attracts hundreds of youth and leaders, is one of the largest youth gatherings in Atlantic Canada and is partially sponsored by our Convention’s United in Mission Fund.

New this year is the Springforth Camp Edition. This is an opportunity for youth to take advantage of an opportunity to extend an already exciting event to Sunday. Those who participate in the Camp Edition get to participate in the regular Springforth event, spend Friday and Saturday night at Camp Wildwood, enjoy Saturday breakfast / supper and Sunday breakfast / lunch, and an extra session with one of the speakers and one of the bands on Sunday morning. Space is limited to the first 175 individuals!

Dates: May 11-12, 2012 (May 11-13, 2012 for the Springforth Camp Edition).

Challenging Speakers: We are excited to have Sid Koop as the High School Speaker, Mike Miller as the Middle School speaker and Carl Nash as our leader’s speaker.

Engaging Worship: Worship will be led by Sean Dayton at the High School site (Tidal Impact 2009, Saint John) and Atlantic at the Middle School site.

Serving at Springforth: High School students have the opportunity to submit a film based on the theme of Springforth (Collide) or participate in the Arts Fest or the internship program.
