Insurance is a necessary part of our everyday life. It is something that many of us do not enjoy talking about but when the need arises, we are glad that we can make use of it. We hope for the best but plan for the worst. The same is true in our churches and ministry settings.

The Baptist Church Insurance Program has been recreated exclusively for the churches in our Convention. This has been done in conjunction with The Safety Group and Royal & Sun Alliance. Here are a few key improvements:

As we have often heard, as Convention Baptists, we are "Stronger.Together." By becoming part of the program, you are helping to create a stable and ultimately stronger insurance option for the Churches. One beneficial addition to the program is that in the event the Baptist Church Program has acceptable claims experience, Royal & Sun Alliance will make a significant contribution to the Atlantic Baptist Mission Board for capital grants to our Churches. "This addition to our plan will greatly benefit our Convention as a whole and will further strengthen our future capital developments," noted Daryl MacKenzie, Director of Operations for CABC.
