Q. I’m a grandmother who would like to join this team with my grandchildren… is that allowed?

A. Certainly – for the purposes of this trip family definitions are quite flexible. In the past we have even had a teen who attended with a friend’s parent!

Q. Once we are in Toronto how will be travel from place to place?

A. Toronto has a great city transit system, so the team will take advantage of subway, streetcars and busses to get from place to place.

Q. How should I prepare for this trip?

A. A few things would be very helpful:

• The best thing you can do is to be flexible and ready to try new things.
• Offer the team leader any information about specific gifts you have.
• Diligently prepare anything that you are asked to get ready.

Q. Will there be much time for sightseeing and free time?

A. This trip is definitely about working to serve others, but there will be scheduled time to see the city and it’s attractions as well as free time to explore as a family.
