One of the primary ways in which we invest in resourcing one another as congregations is through our Transition Team (replaces Regional Ministry; operating on an interim basis until July 2013) who serve as mission catalysts and strategist/consultants to congregations. Along with the support of key volunteers, the Transition Team will also offer mentoring/pastoral support to congregations’ pastors and their families.

Working closely with the Executive Minister, the team consists of Dr. Malcolm Beckett, Rev. Jerry Horsman, Rev. Greg Jones & Rev. Elias Mutale.

So, what do you do with your questions you previously took to your Regional Minister? Questions such as:

• “I’m a pastor considering a move – who can help me?”
• “We’re a church looking for a pastor – who can help us?”
• “I’m a pastor facing a crisis – who do I call?”
• “We’re a church in need of direction & vision – what resources are available?”
• “I’m available for pulpit supply – who do I tell?”
