Convention Constitution [1]

The Constitution, approved by the Convention Assembly, is a document which governs the activities of the Convention in Assembly, and its Council between assemblies. It also sets out a general mandate for, and the composition of, each Board that the Assembly appoints.

Regulations Concerning the Ministry [2]

The Regulations, approved by the Convention Assembly, govern the activities of the Board of Ministerial Standards and Education. They include the following sections:

  • Process Toward Ordination
  • Recognition of Prior Ordination
  • Becoming a Recognized Convention Lay Pastor
  • Ministerial Professional Standards

(See also “Protocol for Cases of Alleged Professional Misconduct [3],” which are not part of the Regulations but which also govern the Board’s activities)
