I am one of seven Regional Ministers who serve with the Convention of Atlantic Baptist Churches (CABC) which is composed of five hundred and thirty-eight local Baptist churches each of which is a member of one of the twenty-one Baptist Associations in Atlantic Canada.

Region 2, in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, includes fifteen percent of these Baptist churches. Those located in the Counties of Hants and Kings are members of the Eastern Valley United Baptist Association, and those in Annapolis County are members of the Annapolis-Digby United Baptist Association.

Through their Associations the Baptist churches of Region 2 offer an invigorating summer camping experience for children and teens at Kingswood Camp on Lake George (Kings County).

As Regional Minister I encourage the Pastors who are called to serve our Baptist churches; I serve as a resource person for all who hold office in the Associations; I provide counsel to members who are appointed by their church to seek the services of a new pastor; I work with pastors and church leaders to address congregational issues; and I participate in particular aspects of ministry entrusted by the churches to the CABC.
