Dale serves as the Ministry Secretary responsible to the Executive Minister and works primarily with the Board of Ministerial Standards and Education and the Examining Council for Ordination. She is also part time secretary to the Convention Council and works with the Secretary to the Executive Minister as needed. She joined the Convention office staff part time in 1996 and received her initiation into Convention life as the secretary to the Convention Review Committee.

She grew up on a small farm near Hampton, NB and is the youngest of nine children. She graduated from KVHS and NBCC-SJ. She attended the Central Norton United Baptist Church until graduating from high school. She rededicated her life to the Lord in 1994 through the ministry of Forest Hills Baptist Church. She is now part of the family at Main Street Baptist Church in Saint John, NB.
